Each SD Card has a unique license; in case of losing the SD Card you have to purchase new software.

Updates are free for the first year, after which you have to pay Rs. 1000 for the map update.

Trakker NAV will release periodic update after every 6 months.

Software is covered under 1 year warranty if the SD card is not broken, damaged or lost.

For the first year after purchase you are entitled to free updates for 1 year. We release an update after every 6 months, so on average you will be getting 2 map updates free, after that you may choose to purchase an update for a fee of Rs. 1000.

Please ensure you have provided the software path to the Navigation System after inserting the SD Card / Micro SD Card in the "maps" slot, if the card is inserted in the SD Card slot and not the map slot, the Device will not be able to read the map card and will show nothing while searching for the software path. Ensure your navigation device GPS function or it may have dummy Navigation option.

Go into the setting of your Navigation device, tap into the GPS setting and search for the software path. The software lies with in the Folder Aura / Windows CE, by the name of Aura.exe. Select the file and exit the setting, now go to the main menu and tap on the GPS/Navigation.

Please make sure you have activated the software via our support center. If not please tap activate and communicate the Device ID for software activation code, which in turn will be entered into the Navigation device.

Please move your vehicle to an open to sky location, where the GPS module can catch satellite signals easily. Please ensure there are no tall buildings, high tension cables, roof and trees above the vehicle which might obstruct the signals.

Please note that not all buildings and land marks are available in 3D, you will be able to see a 3D landmark only if one is available near your current location. Nonetheless, please check your hardware settings as follows to ensure they are correct:

Please click on the map. If you enter the main menu directly, you are using the 2D version and you may not be able to see the 3D maps on this device. If you do not enter the main menu, click the bottom right corner to enter the main menu and go to Settings (the second last option if you are using in-car device, otherwise last option on iPhone and iPad). Select map view, the second option under settings. Now go to the map view options and make sure 3D view is selected.

Please enter the Bluetooth menu from the main menu on your navigation device, now search for Bluetooth enabled devices on your mobile phone, once you have detected the in-car navigation device, which will be represented by a name such as "CE-…….." pair the device with your mobile phone, and enter the following code when prompted.

The default route calculation method is fastest route, which depending upon the speed limit of main roads calculates the route through which you can travel fastest and reach the destination. If you prefer shorter route you can change the setting as per your preferences.

2. It is necessary to provide warranty card along with purchase invoice to claim the warranty.
3. Warranty does not cover any physical damage, damage caused by fire, water, burning affects or electrical fluctuation and battery damage.
4. Warranty will be void if the product serial number or warranty seal either has been altered defaced or removed.
5. Warranty will be void if any repair or modification occurs by the user end.
6. There will be no warranty of TOUCH SCREEN PANEL, LENS and REMOTE CONROL UNIT.
7. The product which is out of warranty date will be repaired on charged basis.
